• Small kitchen appliances such as a kettle
• Sundries (dish soap, dish cloth, tea towel, toiletries, garbage bags, etc…)
• Cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery
• Microwave (small)
• Stereo
• Personal computer, and a printer
• Desk Lamp

Housekeeping

• Common area, hallways, and all bathrooms will be professionally cleaned weekly

Security

• Video surveillance
• Fire Extinguishers on site
• Fire Drill twice a year
• Emergency exit maps
